Using only natural methods means a safer and more delicious vegetable, which is why we never use chemicals, pesticides or fertilizers. We grow our microgreens on coconut coir (husks) and our lettuces using aquaponics, reducing the risk of pests and harmful bacteria like E. coli.

Unlike most farms, we deliver our microgreens, lettuces and other produce to you in their living state, with their roots uncut. In addition to bringing out the vegetables’ best flavor and health benefits, receiving your order “alive” significantly extends the freshness of the product.

We use 95% less water than traditional soil farms, growing more produce per square foot while using far less land. Of the 50 acres available to us, we preserve the ecosystem by farming on less than one. From recirculated water to food-grade recyclable delivery trays, we seek to care for the earth in everything we do.
